Eid is a festival of prayers, joy , happiness and brotherhood. At Indian School Ibri, Eid awareness programme was held on the 16th August, 2018 in the school auditorium with great fervor and excitement. Mr. Suresh , the principal, spoke on the importance of sharing. To commemorate the occasion , the students of grade IX enacted a skit enlightening the students about the spirit behind the festival. Eid devotional songs were sung by the students in Arabic. Eid message was delivered by Sanofer teacher. The highlight of the Eid awareness programme was a card making competition; the four houses took part in the competiton. The first place was bagged by the Yellow House, the second place was shared by the Blue and Red houses and the third place won by the Green House. The principal, gave away the prizes to the winners. Sweets were distributed at the end of the programme.
